Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your lighting. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Custom, made-to-order, and final-sale items may not be eligible for return. Any exclusions are noted on the product page.
