Malane Lighting Canada ships worldwide, including to every province and territory in Canada.
Free shipping on every order. All prices and figures on this site are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We do not charge membership fees.
Handling, Transit & Order Cut-Off
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit time: 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday) within Canada and the United States
- Total delivery time: 6–9 business days from the date of purchase
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Orders to destinations outside Canada and the United States may take longer. If your order is going to fall outside the window above, we email you before it ships.
Carrier
We ship with UPS. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Cost & Tax
Shipping is free to all destinations. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay — no shipping charge and no tax is added at checkout for Canadian orders.
Change of Address
We can change a delivery address only before the order enters transit. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order:

Multiple Addresses
We can't split one order across several addresses. Please place separate orders instead.
Wrong Address
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the parcel is returned to us, the cost of resending it is the customer's responsibility.
Delayed Orders
If your order is running behind the published window, we contact you by email.
Damaged in Transit
If a package arrives visibly damaged, refuse it from the courier where possible and contact us. If it was left without you present, report the damage within 48 hours with photos of the product and the outer box. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full procedure.
Returns Summary
- Return window: 30 days from delivery
- Defective or damaged items: no restocking fee, return shipping at our cost
- Change of mind: 20% restocking fee, return shipping at the customer's cost
- RMA number: required before any return is sent back
- Currency: CAD
