Frequently asked questions

Is the Alabastro shade real marble?

It's a faux marble made of resin blended with genuine cloud-stone powder. This gives you the soft, veined glow and warm translucence of natural stone — with even light transmission, lower weight, and better durability than a solid marble slab.

Can I use it outdoors and in a bathroom?

Yes. The Alabastro has a sealed, weatherproof structure that resists moisture and dust, and its white stainless steel body is rust- and corrosion-resistant. It's well suited to covered outdoor walls, entryways, and bathrooms. For fully exposed, rain-hit positions, confirm the IP rating with us first.

Which size should I choose?

Pick 19.7" (12W) for a delicate accent beside a door, 23.6" (15W) for standard everyday use, or 34.5" (18W) for a bold statement on a larger wall or entry. All three are 5.1" wide and project 2.76" from the wall.

What does the light look like?

It's a soft, even, non-glaring warm white (3000K) with CRI 90 for true-to-life color. The stone shade diffuses the LED so there are no hot spots — just a gentle, ambient wash of light.

How is it powered and controlled?

The Alabastro hardwires to an 85–265V supply and operates from a standard wall switch. The LED is integrated and the bulb is included. Hardwired connections should be made by a qualified electrician.

How do I clean and maintain it?

Turn off the power and wipe the fixture with a dry cloth. The stainless steel body and resin shade need no special products to stay looking new.
