Plenilunio Full-Moon Backlit Outdoor Wall Light

The Plenilunio by Malane Lighting is a 10W backlit outdoor wall light that casts a soft, full-moon halo of 3000K warm white light (700 lumens, CRI 80) from a die-cast aluminum frame and frosted PMMA diffuser. Rated IP54 for covered exteriors — doorways, porches, courtyards, and garden walls — it hardwires to 100–240V and lights roughly 108–161 sq ft of ambient glow. Choose round or square, in gray or black.

Why you'll love it

• Full-moon soft glow — the frosted PMMA face simulates a softly lit moon, adding warm ambient light without glare or hot spots.
• Round or square — pick the silhouette that suits your facade; both share the same compact 5.91" footprint.
• Gray or black finish — die-cast aluminum body powder-coated to resist weather and fading.
• Warm and welcoming — 3000K warm white at 700 lumens, CRI 80, for natural-looking color on stone, wood, and stucco.
• Built for covered outdoors — IP54 sealing handles splashes and damp air under eaves, entryways, and porches.
• Simple hardwired install — wide 100–240V input, integrated LED, bulb included — wall mount and you're done.

Frequently asked questions

Can the Plenilunio be used outdoors?

Yes — in covered outdoor locations. Its IP54 rating protects against dust and water splashes, making it ideal for porches, doorways, eaves, and sheltered courtyard walls. For fully exposed, rain-hit positions, choose a Malane Lighting fixture rated IP65 or higher.

What does the "full-moon" effect look like?

The frosted PMMA face diffuses the LED into an even, glare-free disc of warm light — like a small, softly glowing moon on your wall. It delivers gentle ambient illumination rather than a focused beam.

How bright is it and what color is the light?

It produces 700 lumens of 3000K warm white light at 10W, with CRI 80 for natural-looking color. That's enough soft, ambient light for an entryway or a section of garden wall (about 108–161 sq ft).

Is it hard to install?

No. The Plenilunio hardwires to a standard 100–240V supply and wall-mounts with the included hardware. The LED is integrated and the bulb is included, so there's nothing extra to buy. Hardwired connections should be made by a qualified electrician.

What's the difference between the round and square versions?

Only the silhouette. Both shapes share the same 5.91" face, 10W output, 3000K color, and IP54 rating — choose round for a classic moon look or square for a more architectural, modern profile.

Can I get it in different colors?

Yes — the Plenilunio comes in gray or black, both powder-coated over die-cast aluminum for weather and fade resistance.
