Slender Cone Chandelier

The Slender Cone Chandelier by Malane Lighting is an essential in the "Industrial Minimalist" and "Architectural Linear" categories. Designed to emphasize verticality and rhythm, it transforms the classic pendant into a sophisticated, multi-light installation that can fill even the most daunting stairwell or double-height foyer.

Like other flagship models in Malane’s "Bespoken Series," it is defined by its modular nature, allowing the density and "fall" of the slender cones to be tailored to your specific architectural blueprints.

The Slender Cone Chandelier is defined by its ultra-thin, elongated "tubes" that terminate in a focused light source. Rather than a wide, sprawling canopy, this fixture focuses on precision and depth. It is the premier choice for modern staircases and narrow entryways, providing a "light rain" effect that draws the eye upward and emphasizes the height of a space without adding visual clutter.

Modular Precision & Tailored Fall

"Support for Customized Drawings": As part of the Malane service, this fixture is designed for architectural integration. Designers can submit their floor plans, and Malane’s team provides AutoCAD 2D and 3D simulations to determine the optimal number of "heads" and their staggered lengths to perfectly navigate a spiral staircase or a vaulted ceiling.

Tapered "Needle" Design: The model features tubes in two signature lengths—60cm (23.6") and 100cm (39.4"). These extra-long cones allow the light source to be positioned closer to the floor or table while the canopy remains high on the ceiling.

Integrated LED Performance: While older models used G4 bulbs, the"Grand Edition" utilizes Integrated LED modules with a high-CRI (90+). This ensures a clean, flicker-free downward beam that is perfect for task lighting or highlighting floor textures.

Canopy Versatility: Available with a Round Canopy for clusters or a Long Canopy for linear dining table arrangements. The trend favors the "Cluster" look for foyer voids.

Designer Tips

The "Stairwell Cascade": Install the 15 or 18-head round cluster in the center of a spiral or U-shaped staircase. Stagger the cord lengths so the cones "descend" with the stairs, creating a rhythmic column of light that acts as a visual guide through the home’s vertical levels.

The "Linear Minimalist" Island: For ultra-modern kitchens, use the Long Canopy (8-head) configuration. The slender black tubes provide a sharp, graphic contrast against light-colored marble or quartz countertops without obstructing the view into the rest of the home.

Monochromatic Pairing:"Moody Minimalist" interiors, pair the Matte Black finish with dark-grey venetian plaster walls. The light from the cones will create dramatic "hot spots" on the floor, adding depth and shadow play to an otherwise dark room.

Care Guide

Durability: The metal tubes are treated with a powder-coated matte finish that is highly resistant to fingerprints and scuffs.

Cleaning: Due to the height of these installations, manual dusting can be difficult. Use a long-reach microfiber duster or a canister of compressed air every 12 months. The model's "no-rim" design at the bottom of the cone prevents dust from settling inside the light housing.

LED Longevity: The integrated drivers are located in the ceiling canopy for easy access. They are rated for 50,000+ hours, meaning in a standard residential setting, the light source should last 15–20 years.

Lead Time: Because of the custom drawing and hand-assembly process, lead times typically range from 10 to 12weeks.
